This detox is not a laxative, therefore it will not cause you to constantly have to go to the bathroom. You will be urinating more frequently the first 2-3 days but it regulates afterwards.
Instructions
Please remember that this is an organic recipe. If left unrefrigerated it WILL spoil. Always keep in the refrigerator until ready for use. Stir well before pouring out as the ingredients tend to separate when left sitting.
The way I make it for you is stronger than the original recipe so that this will last you longer. Whenever you’re going to drink it always dilute 3/4 with water. There is no way you will be able to drink it as is. When received, it will be red. It should be a light pink when mixed with enough water.
The detox should be taken twice a day, usually morning & night. You should be taking 16oz (with water included), 2-3 times a day everyday for a week every other week, basically for one week every 2 weeks. For the best results, pair with 30-45 mins of HIIT exercise a day.
The detox typically lasts around 2 weeks when done correctly.
